Have we played Middlesbrough twice ? If not he won’t be able to play against us but is that a positive or a negative lol

I think it works because an option right now on present performance would be less than we paid. If he has an upturn in form they can negotiate from there

You’d think an option would be the minimum boro would want in the deal.
Currently he’s **** so his value must be at a low, if he goes to Boro were he wants to be and rips it up in theory we’d want more for him in the summer than now……or have I got that wrong

There is no such thing as the right or wrong position. Good players will play well in any position.

Just because he played a few times in the champs league (when they had no chance of progressing in it) doesn't mean he was expected to come in as no 1. He was an 800k signing, where we've had a look at him and said no thanks.

If I were to question anything about the Racioppi situation is who decided he's better than TLT when he signed in the first place.

Should we go and sign TNS 'keeper because he's played in the Europa league? Must be better than Pandur right?

I'm not saying he should be no1.....I'm saying that a club in our financial position wouldn't typically spend nearly 1 mil on a keeper, make him (reportedly) top 3 or 4 highest player if he's not intended to be our number 1 or at the v least challenging for the number 1 spot, ultimately the GK recruitment in the summer was just mental.
