I've been making a great sacrifice, over the past two weeks, for everyone on here ...

... with no regard to my own safety I've been conducting experiments, on myself, which I hope will benefit others.

I've been putting Baileys on various foodstuffs to discern which benefit from this creamy whiskey based drink. So far the best are mince pies, scones, porridge, any kind of coffee, vanilla ice cream, vanilla ice cream in a long glass with lemonade, another glass of Baileys, Christmas pudding, any kind of cake, meringues, etc.

My research will continue over the festive period and a 'crowdfunding page' has been set up to provide the basic raw materials and any subsequent medical treatment. Please give generously and remember how valuable this research may be in helping you to plan your Christmas and New Year celebrations.

Ah, man...what you post that for?
I love baileys, but can't bloody have any.

Aldi's version, Ballycastle, is canny as well.

Very nice in a cheesecake.

I’ll have to brave the shops today, need a few more Christmas bits. Dreading this <laugh>

Been to a Tesco . Hard to find a parking spot. Hard to find a trolley .Shoulder to shoulder inside. Just as well there’s a cost of living crisis , 1 in 4 people are struggling to make ends meet and 1 in 3 children are living in poverty otherwise it might have been busy

Got this finished tonight, a present from the Mrs.
Some great football related shaped pieces in this, loved doing this one. Brilliant quality as well.

I'm gonna mount it and put it on the wall, (I have permission to do this :emoticon-0136-giggl).

Have I missed the announcement of a new driving law that says you have to have lights on at all times ? Mid day , blue sky , can see for miles and 9/10 cars have lights on . Seems it’s something that’s just taken off this winter ?
Better than everyone with no lights when vis is poor I suppose

I think all cars have copied Volvo mate, they come on automatically when you start the car.

Homages within films. Back To The Future has just been on the telly. It only struck me that whilst there was probably a few, the scene towards the end where Doc Brown is hanging off the clock hands is a clear nod to the Harold Lloyd film Safety Last.
Yes I know I’m very sad and boring to notice it and then to put it on here.
