seems a bit Like Sulemana. Flashes of brilliance but no consistent form to hold a place in a team down. Or bad attitude behind the scenes.
Shame, looked very good for burnley a couple years ago.
Not sure about the “flashes of brilliance”? I’ve seen every min he’s played & he’s looked totally naff tbh.

Far rather we played Cameldung - might even be able to sell him then (unless prospective buyers are watching).

That should provide just the right amount of money to cover the cost of sacking our manager.
Neither is likely to happen is my take on this unless there is a catastrophic set of results which cut us adrift altogether. Whilst we’re within 6-8 points of safety over the next few weeks things will remain as they are. Not a popular view I know.

The catastrophic results have already happened tbf

Southampton's Tyler Dibling is being watched by Manchester United and Aston Villa, and the 18-year-old English midfielder is also believed to be on the radar of clubs in Germany and Italy. (Sun)

I can see we’re only going to get one season out of him. Great.

Seems likely, but he really does seem like a top talent so not surprising. Should hopefully get a good fee even if he only has 2 years left on his deal, around the £40m mark I’d guess

Problem is, this lot will take the first decent offer they get, for Dibling and Fernandes instead of saying not for sale!
If we don't need the money, I would rather them tear up the Championship and get us promoted again.

You can throw plenty of criticism at SR but not getting good fees for players or "accepting the first decent offer" is not one of them.

They played hard ball when we went down last year and got some great fees for the likes of Lavia, Tino and Tella.
