I am surprised to see Baath listed mate. Couple of other posts I have seen talking about him on the way down the pecking order. The lad was unreal last season. Best centre back at the club by some distance for me, based on all we have seen. If he plays 40 odd games this year we wont be far off at all for me. 33 this season, not old for a centre back with legs around him.

We missed him when he was injured, stood out a mile.

Quality. Seems like a really grounded lad and another who comes over well in interviews. Credit to the media team as they must also be good at making people feel at ease.

“My parents have been really busy running around all over the place.”

I bet!

Seems to be a current theme doesn't it ...

... makes you wonder how many are rejected because, despite their talent, they lack the ability to accept the need to learn and fit in with the aims of the club.

We've had too many who've let us down, Wickham, Grigg, Graham, Rodwell ...

... in fact I'll stop there before I wind mesel up <laugh>

They would have done that while working, to get these lads to make it. Would have been some slog when they were kids, now they can enjoy it!

I'm sure not all players do it but they seem like a really close family and the parents will be looked after I bet!

A lot of bitter fans In out tweets these days, jealousy is a bitch

We're doing absolutely nothing wrong except taking chance after chance with young lads who've either failed elsewhere or haven't fulfilled their potential.

We're not going out spending big money on established players.

Think the dad was an extremely good semi pro fooballer. Loads of goals I seem to remember reading a few years back.

Both doing well by their boys though, no doubt

Someone on RTG says someone from spirit of 37 had teased a Trinidad and tobago flag on twitter but I can't see anything
Think people are on the wind up seen similar with an Ivory Coast flag earlier, great start to the window if that is all for today regardless
