O'Neil and Webb from his Chelsea days. Dangerous play hadn't been invented yet, out of picture is Big John McGrath throttling Ron "chopper" Harris.

Yep, he gets another go. @thereisonlyoneno7 please oblige.Who’s doing the match day thread? No7?
Yes he played for Bideford, unfortunately his knees "were gone" and he had to pack it up. Think he was an England u23 cap and scored the goal that got us promoted under Big L.Remember those tackles well. I think he may have been our dirtiest player from that time, which is no mean feat considering.
When I was looking for info on O'Neil I came across this from a Burnley forum thread called Hardest and Softest Burnley players.
Quicknick wrote:When Brian O'Neil's Southampton career finished he dropped into non-league football. A friend of mine [a former Torquay United player] played against him. He said O'Neil was the hardest player he'd ever played against. One tackle almost cut him in half.

Pretty party line stuff from our James being positive about Ralph and the team, followed by Murphy saying he’d take him to WC, followed by Jordan being politely disparaging of our James. Safe and vanilla were quoted I believe. What was said? (in a nutshell)
