Surely they wouldn't go for Sam again? https://www.grandoldteam.com/forum/threads/time-for-big-sam.114704/
Its going to be such a relief for the owners and directors test if Saudis buy Chelsea. Would hate to think that human rights and shared values might have a place in football.
It’s not just that but surely that can’t be allowed since the country basically own Newcastle and MBS calls all the shots. How can a situation be allowed where basically Chelsea are unable to bid for players because MBS wants them at Newcastle ? Or if Chelsea players are sold on at cut price to Newcastle potentially as early as this summer. Saudi owners of Chelsea would surely be a farce for reasons beyond the obvious human rights ones?
A couple of big games midweek at either end of the table. Arsenal v Liverpool on Wednesday. Liverpool need to win their game in hand to in theory make the Man City v Liverpool game winner takes all, but Arsenal are in good form themselves. And Everton v Newcastle on Thursday which although is no longer such a big game for Newcastle, is still a big big game for Everton.
Everton have had more players appear in court (4) than Premier League wins (3) since September. Possibly my favourite stat of all time
I think they will yeah. They just step up when needed, as oppose to us, who step down in the face of opportunity!
I was tempted to revive my #anyonebutliverpool hastag but then realised I don't care anymore. Not interested in the winners at all.
I'm really pleased Matt Targett has gone on to have a good career outside of saints. Never shone when he was with us but looked decent and has proven he has what it takes.
WTF is it with people handcuffing themselves to goalposts? Someone tried it last night and tonight someone has actually succeeded.
The moron is actually attached to the post by his neck and it's causing a long stoppage. It really is quite bizarre.
