That looks spot on. Wouldn’t be out of place on a Jakarta street stall. The best Rendangs are dry like that.All done and dusted.
Its a dry beef curry. The flavours were superb but it was dry.
Could easily get the same flavours with a bit of sauce.
I did like how the beef was browning at the end in the oils added at the front end of the dish.

I like the crispy bottom of an egg so have to cook it a bit longer.Banging.
