Yeah you know better than the ONS mate. I’d check your maths btw, as were still registering confirmed cases of between 1600-2000 a day.

You confuse confirmed cases with the estimated total. You should probably read their report and understand how the estimate was reached.
Even at the confirmed cases it’s more than 10,000 a week NEW cases, so you were wrong anyway.
Not sure why you’re this upset. If you want to make up your own numbers rather than trust the most reliable sources then that’s your right.
The 300000 is total, a lot of people have subsequently recovered.
