I’ve never thought he should go but had some frustrations after first couple games (coupled with the end of season collapse).
All I wanted was for him to show some adaptability, he’s done that and as such I’m delighted he’s still in charge.
He’s learning on the job to a degree, and you get the impression maybe the club was a little big for him at points but he’s growing into it.
We are actively trying to win games now and that’s the way, he’s doing a stellar job, and long may it continue.
Agree with this. He is still on a learning curve and he looks like he's starting to get to grips with it. That game last night (Burnley) will give him a massive selection problem for the weekend, be good to see how he handles it. Onwards and upwards.

we all have our favourite players in the squad and why not, it would be dull if it were not so. JR is doing a fine job so far this season imo, after, which it should be said, a very dodgy start, on top of a less than convincing end to last season and very poor pre-seson, which ended with no one able to guess who would be in and who would be out of the starting line up. But I think the team he decided on took most by surprise, and we were lucky to take 2 points from the first two games, instead of the 4 we needed. We all want stability and maintaining a 2 points a game ratio should keep him safe, even with new owners.
