Cardiff were back in blue a week later.

Assem Allam has previously said fans will "vote with their feet", I don't think he gives a monkeys if people are holding up red cards, if they're in the ground he has his money.

He has more money down the back of his settee than the gate receipts from a 3rd round FA cup tie.....this is not Martin Fish we are dealing with.

Given some of the cost-cutting and general pettiness at the club, it's obviously something that he's keen on having more of.

He gives it away like confetti when it suits him.
He uses money as a weapon and to punish others.
Fans economic boycotts are ineffective.

Those who post on here tend to be on the more fanatic side of a City supporter

I know plenty of City fans who just enjoy going to football having a day out and having beers with mates who don't post on messageboards and obsess over the club.

I've tried protesting and I got booed by my fellow City supporters.

Should have told them where to get off

Not if it is organised and publicised
The danger there is, would we be setting ourselves up for failure? There are a lot of Prem plastics going this season who couldn't give a **** as long as they're seeing their heartthrobs. If you don't believe me, check next season's attendances in the championship.

Nail. Head. On.
it must be unique for a club to get less in the top flight than what we did in the third and fourth levels.
It is obvious the people who went to support City, even if attracted by success after decades of dross, are the ones who have been driven away by the antics of the vindictive clowns who own the club. What remains is a small hard core who cannot give up going and the don't care what City are called lot as long as they can watch the PL stars of other clubs. Well, done those who went last night but 517 for a relatively short distance for a PL club is not great. But we all know that many more would be there, travelling further distances to see us play the glamour clubs, telling the sort who went last night to sit down and shut up.

Think we are now getting to a point in city's history were the club will be seriously damaged for years to come if something doesn't happen soon, one of my concerns is those advising talented youngster will be advising them to go elsewhere if approached by city plus the talented youngsters we've got will, also be looking elsewhere to further there careers in a much more stable atmosphere.

Evening all.

Now the third round draw has taken place, and we have a fairly boring home tie against Swansea, I figured it's the perfect time to introduce my "No name, no game" idea.

It's basically a boycott of this game, UNLESS the club markets it as "Hull City vs. Swansea City", any of the usual "The Tigers vs. Swansea City" and we're not going. There's a lot wrong with this club at the moment, but the continuous, provocative refusal to use our name is one of the easiest to fix. This is our chance to make a statement, and let's face it, this is probably the best time to do it, you won't miss alot and it's not really an important game...
Completely agree, although I've been doing that all season, and will continue to do so until the poisonous Allam's have left our club forever.

On the subject of cancelling your season pass/membership and I bet plenty are considering it this morning, has anyone been taken to the small claims court by the club for doing so ?
huh? why would they do that
you simply give the required notice and cancel it...that's the agreement you have with the club
