I've mentioned it to them already, they're a bit tied up with the billboard stuff today, but I'm sure they'll give it some thought in the next day or two.

It'd take plod too long to get there. About a fortnight I reckon. Do they even turn out for burglaries now?

couldn't you properly apply for a license to hold a protest march though? if it was done properly, with the necessary documentation in place then surely it would be OK? I mean there are plenty of other protest marches which take place along public roads (admittedly not many down Westella Way!)

Anything up to £300 the court fee is £25. £300 to £500 the court fee is £35.First it would go to mediation where the two parties have to discuss the circumstances of claim and non payment and try to arrive at a satisfactory solution. Both parties have to agree to be flexible in this process. If mediation does not solve the issue, then it is set before a judge, which may or may not involve physically sitting before each other in front of him or her. They would ask (and be granted if the the case is found) for the court fees back and potentially their costs if the claim is successful. Whether the costs claim is granted is dependent on the weather.

I do this all the time and I've never been to mediation with anyone.

I get the odd knobhead who comes up with some 'I never received the invoices' type bullshit, to delay things, but they all have to pay in the end and the cost of recovery was automatically added to the debt.

Believe me OLM its fact. I do this regularly too and I am currently in the mediation process. The defendant made an offer of payment I refused. They then try and arrange a time for the two parties and it becomes a three way conversation to stop small claims court appearances. Check it out.

I'm getting all mine paid without speaking to anyone and I've never had to make a court appearance, I think I'll carry on as I am. Ta.

I remember the Halfway Liners back in the late 70s took up supporting position in the Well just below the Directors Box - a few yards away from the objects of the ire.
Harangue, harass, barrack the people who were making the decisions at the time. Crude but effective.
FFWD to now, Ehaw and co don't actually attend the games, but the media focus of the club is around the players tunnel, directors box. It's where the wealthy sponsors go, the folk who 'matter' and in direct earshot of reporters/photographers.
We can have thread after thread of debate online about what form of protest is best, when to have it, where to have it but ultimately outside the Main Entrance or inside around Directors Box is the focal point for the media.
The Swansea game is one where many seats round there will be vacant because some passholders can't be arsed, and able to be occupied easily buy booking their seats online or in person.
Grumbling loudly in N and E will have much less impact .
There is no silver bullet solution to sorting the club out. It could be that it's but sold, but if it isn't the heat needs to be turned up.

    Yeah I realise that
But a protest at a sensible time (like during the game for example)?...

boycotting games is the best you can hope for................ maybe a picket line at the KCom.

when we get relegated, the Allams might get fed up of the money pit that is Hull City.

A couple of us who post on here were amongst those on the Half Way Line. It wasn't a protest thing originally. The police didn't like it, sneering about "so-called halfway liners" telling people they didn't want them shouting next to them. My observation that the one difference between us was that we had paid to stand there, in fact we had paid extra to stand there, whilst he was getting paid to stand there didn't go down well. He said the club didn't want yobs like us.One lad's remark after being told to be quiet that he may as well watch Emmerdale Farm and did they stand in the Boulevard telling them to shut up led to him being frogmarched out. I followed them and was asked why I was replied that I was going to be a witness. A witness to what came back. Whatever he is supposed to have done, and if he hasn't done anything why are you chucking him out? I was physically prevented from following. He wasn't charged. Presumably the CPS must have informed them there was no law against saying you may as well watch Emmerdale Farm. Went to that lad's funeral two years ago with another poster off here that you know.
Anyway the upshot of that was a couple of weeks later an older chap saw us on the way out of a game and came across and warned us he had heard two coppers talking in North Stand pointing us out and saying they would fix us up. We both had beards at the time and stood out. Here is where the difference comes in. Inebriated on the Saturday night I rang Bob Chapmam on my return from the pub. Instead of telling me to piss off he listened to my question of did they consider us yobs. Far from it he said. We had a long chat. The next home programme carried a piece about how the club valued the vocal support of those on the Half Way Line and wished there were more around the ground who were that vocal. I later found out from someone else that Chapman had let it be known to the senior officer on match days that he would be a witness to any cases where allegations of misbehaviour or bad language were made that he hadn't noticed been sat just a few feet away. Fair play to him. Of course over time things degenerated somewhat and buckets of water were thrown over fans.

I'm not saying it's the best idea
I was just challenging the notion that it couldn't be done without people being arrested for breech of the peace.

It is, as others point out, a forum not a literary work.<laugh> Was going to put a paragraph in but thought what the heck, live dangerously.
