Is stupidity has left us short.
Hopefully the club will fine him.

I've never seen any reference to our player contracts regarding red card penalties, some clubs impose them, others don't. I believe it's quite common for players to be fined a weeks wages for a red card and two weeks wages for a second red card in the same season.

The players also receive a £10 fine from the FA, which seems a bit ridiculous, but it's actually an admin fee and is the same for all footballers at all levels.

It's not but don't let that stop you.

See what you've done there is: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=deflective arguing

You posted, in quote marks, an entirely unreasonable and racist statement which was nothing to do with anything I've said and in no way similar to my observation, in an attempt to make a comparison. You even emphasised the key word 'all' which was the worst part of it, even though neither me or anyone else on this thread has said anything about 'all' of any particular group having any particular trait. Stick to what's actually been said. You're coming across as the typical PC person who sees a certain word and assumes it must be racist. Focus on what was actually said rather than quoting people with things they never said or even suggested.

There's absolutely nothing controversial about saying that Mbokani's apparent temperament issue seems to be common in other footballers from similar backgrounds.

The essense of your argument is this: Mbokani has issues with temperament because he is African. You're ridiculous.

Why are you so keen on telling me what I'm saying?

I've reposted what I'm actually saying about four times now and you're still not reading it properly.

It was a bit of a daft comment, but it really didn't warrant this much debate, can we just move on?
If I thought PLT was racist, I'd be all over him too, but he isn't and I doubt even the people who didn't like his comments think he's racist, which makes all this a bit silly really.

He's alright is PLT...even if he can't tell the difference between an ace keeper and a big lump with gloves on. :emoticon-0136-giggl

If certain other people had posted it nobody would have even mentioned it

Stupid things are posted here all the time
Wrong, I almost never bothered because of who it was, but, as I've said, it's a subject important to me and I would have picked it up.

He doesn't think it WAS stupid, in fact, he's justified it a couple of times, and refuses to back down, or acknowledge he's in the wrong. How its perceived is other peoples problems.

Remind you of anyone?
