Our history making first ever league cup semi final or a 3rd round cup game vs Barnet? Easy choice if money is tight.

Both would be all-pay fixtures - straight after Xmas/New Year. That would stretch the budgets of most fans.

It's a problem, but it's a nicer problem to have than having to find something else to do because we have been knocked out.

Alternatively Southampton at home in the EFL or Man u at home in the FA Cup 3rd round ?
Anyway, might not come to that.

We might get the semi-final home tie w/comm 23rd Jan.

And then 4th Rd FA Cup at home the following Saturday !

I thought Southampton looked poor, despite us doing our best to make them look good!

For that reason Southampton.
 
The second leg will have to be on the Wednesday, as we are playing Chelsea on the Sunday prior.
 
my moneys on us and Southampton being drawn apart so the FA can have their preferred final
