Boys what do you think of Poch & some other managers on my list, now?
Moyesy, Ranieri & Koeman struggling in my top 8 or 9. But they can find a way and get back.
My top 4 picks of managers & teams look to be all set. Jose, Conte, Pep & Klopp.
Very well this will be the order end of season as well.

I sincerely hope that is my worst predo. But I will not overrule Jose's title until there is insurmountable gap like 15+ points.
Mate it won't happen this year, not even close. There's so much dead wood there even united couldn't afford to replace them all in one transfer window. Next year will be different but he'll be off after then.
Their team isn't great at the same time it is not awful as everyone makes it to be.
Zlatan should be used once a week.
Fellaini should never start.
Herrera, Carrick to get more starts.
Rooney should get advanced role more often than run around all over the pitch.
Looks like Jose is meddling with the above intentionally to break in the team, perhaps?
If Jose brings consistency through the above simple fixes - Manu will be very much in the mix.
Add in the secrete sauce of Jose's intangibles - I cannot look beyond Jose's title tbh.
Having said - every single day I pray / wish & hope I am so wrong (or you guys are right) on this one.
Zlatan is past his sell-by-date. Carrick has only one more year at premier level, Rooney needs to go and chase Chinese money. Sell Smalling to West Ham and as for Fellaini he should be skinned and used for something useful.
Agree with all that - except Rooney.
Never got the criticism of Rooney. He is trying to do too much & trying too hard.
If he is focused to play to his strengths he might easily get 20 goals (in all games) this season as well.
one last thing - whereever Jose has been - he locks down the back 4 first.
fortunately that is not the case for Manu yet. So the struggle continues for Jose.
I would love to accept that as long as he is Manu Manager.

I would play Rooney ahead of Lingaard.... every player has a sell by date ... Ivanovich was great for Chelsea a few seasons back ... would you play him now?
