Yeh when i play tennis in summer there's these little black flies or flying ants around the courts that get my legs sometimes (not horse flies for you experts out there). It's never been send you to hospital bad for me, but they can ****ing ache and itch if it's a particularly bad one and when you've been lying down and stand up it's horrendous. Got a mate who had to go and A&E with one that ended up like a tennis ball though
