Mrs mop hose made me watch 3 Christmas films, one after another... pulling my ****ing hair out...
Today's first film is.. "Miss potter"

Just watched Krampus.
Not bad for a Christmassy, comedy, horror, slasher film!
Sort of like a modern Gremlins

Probably not one for the little kiddies on Boxing Day, but more funny than scary

I watched Imperium last night, Daniel Radcliffe plays a geeky FBI agent who becomes a skinhead and goes undercover to infiltrate a white supremacist group planning a massive dirty bomb attack.

Radcliffe is pretty good as the unlikely hero and the whole thing is quite well put together, no classic, but it is worth a watch.

You can take the lad out of the council estate
but not the council estate out of the lad..
I ****ing loved this film, was a big oasis
Fan back in the day.... Totally agree..
Well worth a watch !!!!!

I watched Strangerland last night, starring Joseph Fiennes and Nicole Kidman. It's well acted and quite well filmed, but it's very slow and the ending was ****e. It cost $10m to make and took $1m at the box office, which probably tells you all you need to know. Don't bother.

Just back from Las Vegas, 80 degrees plus during our stay, and watched 3 films on the plane, Our Kind Of Traitor, Gravity and The Right Guy, the first one was ok but the other 2 were crap, Gravity was a big disappointment. On the way to Vegas watched Ab Fab, still laugh at those as pretentious as they are.

I have no ****ing idea why but Mrs mop wants us to watch.
Today's film...." Gone with the wind "... I said it's about 8 hours long.
**** it.. Here goes..!!!! Anything to keep her happy...

Arrival... very good indeed... as is Amy Adams in it

agreed, saw it Tuesday night. That's 3 Villeneuve films that I have really liked: this, Sicario and Prisoners. The last in the pick of the bunch IMO. Great performances from Gyllenhaal and Jackman. I was very dubious about the Blade Runner sequel (just how badly could someone screw up on of my favourite movies) but I am lot less worried now.
