Nah ... Spurs will start the bidding ... Daniel Levy will offer £20 million payable at £2 million a year in instaments ... Stoke will then counter with an offer of £15m up front provided there is a guarantee that there will still be room on their treatment table for Shaqiri... PSG will then indeed come in ... and snap up Coutinho for £40m ... I have written (if I'd spoken none of you would have heard it - just saying )
Sturridge is the 2nd best striker in the league, when fit. Fact. He's finally managed to stick to this new fitness program and he's doing well. The trouble is Klopp has found a formula with Firmino, Mane and Coutinho. Sturridge won't get a sniff. We also have Origi and he is an excellent player to have on the bench. Tbh, I think this will go one of 2 ways. Klopp uses Sturridge in every game while Mane goes to the ACON then decides whether to keep or sell in the summer (as a PL champion). Klopp buy's another fast attacking player in Jan to take Mane's place when he goes to the ACON and sells Sturridde. Taking everything into consideration I think 40mil is about right.
Might be sooner than that Sweet-cheeks ... and so it begins ... January perhaps? ... Coutinho friendship with Suarez 'a danger' please log in to view this image Simon Stone BBC Sport Posted at10:53 Former Liverpool midfielder Gary McAllister revealed a concern about the club’s star man Philippe Coutinho last night. Coutinho was named player of the season at the Northwest Football Awards in Manchester. McAllister collected the award on the Brazilian’s behalf and in his acceptance speech suggested Coutinho may become a target for Barcelona. “Philippe is a great lad,” said McAllister. “But he got on very well with Luis Suarez. That could be a danger.” Coutinho has scored five goals in 11 Premier League appearances for table-toppers Liverpool so far this season. please log in to view this image Getty Images Philippe Coutinho (l) is on Brazil duty at the moment - alongside Barcelona's Neymar (centre) #SlipSlidingAway
wouldnt be the end of the world, 100m in the bag and klopp to find a replacement for a fraction of that fee. #notbothered
... Yeah... well you say that ... and I hope you are right, of cousre... ... but it looks a little ominous ... Coutinho off to Barca in January Mane off to the ACON Sturridge verging on another sick note from matron ... ... and Firminho recklessly toying with the likelihood of a debilitating over-grooming rash .... ... only 6 clubs have ever won the EPL title ...might be difficult for Liverpool to join that elite without the services of those 4 tbh mate
again not bothered just another year we diddnt win the title besides winning the EPL is easier than the old league format, same goes for the cl and old European cup format. elite of easy
Sergio Aguero Diego Costa Harry Kane And probably Alexis Sanchez too. Thats four for you. And there are other teams who wont swap their strikers for sturridge since they are fitter, more consistently on form and/or younger like Lukaku for example. Also Jaime Vardy
