when we eventually sell him on, probably January if not then during the summer. I'm thinking we should get about 60m.
If he has an injury free season where he scores 30 goals but then why would you sell him? You would be lucky to get 30m for him and nothing more.
I think Klopp can find a striker just as clinical, who fits better and doesn't break down every couple of games, probably for less than that 30m u say. Studge is a class act when he's firing no doubt about it one of the best in the prem when in form, there's a good chance a fair few clubs will test how much klopp wants him in the next window. I'd take 30m happily and let klopp get in his own replacement.
That is only if you are luck and one of City,Arsenal,Chelsea or United(Younwont do bussiness on principle) are in dire need...which they arent..We have got Alexis playing there,Giroud as backup while perez might play there and theres welbeck too,Chelsea have two 30m pound players, united have rashford, martial, rooney and Ibra,City have aguero who will play most games and soon will be the best striker in the world with Suarez....While iheanachonfills in if needed so we might take a punt, city too since he can play on the wings, you wont get more than 20m and you should probably bute our hands off since he is not very useful to you. How much wages is he on already and how many years left on his contract?
Probably less than you paid for him, he will never fulfil his potential because he flatters to deceive.
I'd only take him on loan . If the right manager could get Sturridge's frame of mind thinking in the right way , Sturridge could get the most goals in the League IMO . BUT , there may not be a manager in the world that could do it .
If he was happy to play second fiddle to Harry I would take him at Spurs. I don't know how much he would cost but I know Levy would do the Pool over Robbie Keane style.
... too fragile ... doubt anybody would pay over £20 m because of it ... insurance premiums will be astronomical... a shame because he's an incredibly gifted footballer...
I agree with the 30M guesses and there will be plenty willing to take a punt. Look at the **** that moves around for big money and they are just as much as a risk as half of them turn out to not be able to hit a barn door so with that in mind you take the chance with the injury but at least know he can play when fit and will score.
Regardless of my above post though I think he'll be a big player for us this season and won't be going anywhere in January.
stoke set to start bidding at 28m others will follow with better offers then last minute psg come in with 65m i have spoken
