Although you've offered nothing to suggest you know "better".

It's more likely that you thought you knew better as you're, unfortunately for you, from Hull but then shat a little when Tobes said he lived there at the time. Obviously Tiddler and Fat Man will want to see pics of Tobes with his Flock of Seagulls haircut hanging out with Gift and his blanket. The pair of old failures refuse to believe that anyone has ever had a life outside of a garage/office. <laugh>

That's just being pig headed tbh. You offer no alternative but are being deliberately close minded to someone else who has more personal experience than you. It's irrational and disingenuous imo. As pieguts said, you'd do far better to avoid this tack.

And you are one of a number trying to make a non point. If I ignore the bullshit replies, it leads to a similar number of replies demanding an answer. This really IS pointless.

You use a lot of words just to post meaningless personal abuse.

They're arguing pro and anti the City and I'm neither pro nor anti, it's more the environment the City is in I'm commenting on. My point is more that additional involvement from governments isn't a good thing long term, and that we had an extra layer of that in the EU.

They know the unsustainable nature of that economic system and why they repeatedly have to bail it out.

If you're making the effort to disagree with him or say his knowledge is limited then why not just say what you know about why he's wrong or his knowledge is limited and show you know more? Just saying "no you're wrong" and then refusing to say what's right seems futile to me.
