This is exactly why the majority of Aussies are dumping their health insurance.
It is all too hard to know what your covered for or not, meanwhile, premiums keep going up.

It's impossible to get complete, full cover, even if your could afford it.

My commiserations SD, ....... sorry,that's another thread.
