That would be impossible for me to walk. The bit at 5:43 is ridiculous.
It's a brilliant clip that's been posted before; there's a similar, but even scarier one that I believe is in China - after walking Sharp Edge on Blencathra a few times I like to think I'd have managed it quite easily in my serious walking days (especially as most were clipped on).
