you seem to have an endless supply of childish and boring comments. I think you need to turn your life around quickly else you will be lonely until you die.

Thanks for that, Marje Proops. I've had a long hard think about what you've said, and come to the conclusion that anybody whoever took advice off you must have a) regretted it deeply, and b) been ****ing dense, so I won't be acting on your suggestion. But please feel free to keep making worthless recommendations <ok>

I posted one set of quotes that dispute your claim. There are other academics that may well support your claim, but the fact remains, some academics say it's already a federation and they don't get laughed at for saying it, and your petulant pleas don't change that.

A federal state has a central fiscal cintirol - fact!

The EU does not therefore it is not a federal state!

Hang on, is Dull arguing that the EU is a federal state?

If so, he's never been more right than when he said he was thick.

plenty given he makes a lot of pathetic comments
do you think he talks in a pathetic way on here and is intelligent everywhere else?

You said he needs to turn his life around otherwise he will be lonely until he dies.
What makes you think he is lonely ?

if he talks like that people will avoid him
I've taken the decision to not interact with him and I'm sure if he is full of what he calls "jokes" everybody will give him a wide berth

Academics disagree, however, as we pay to a central EU pot, which they then decide how to distribute, I'd say that the EU has some significant fiscal control.

They do not control our tax raising. Or any European country's tax policy.

They have control of the budget they are given. That is not central fiscal control.
