You're looking good for top 4 tbf. Playing some really good football. But do you think you have the depth in squad?
Yes. Purely because we don't have the extra Euro games. Klopp trimmed the squad and wanted it like this, purely for that. He needs everyone on the same level.
But we have plenty of options. If Milner gets injured we're in trouble. But he's usually strong and stays fit. All other positions we have decent cover/options.
I see your matchwinners in Coutinho, Firmino and Mane. Possibly Origi? They make you tick imo. You're a different, much more potent side with them.
Add Lallana and Sturridge too. We have lot's of options and everyone is in tune. Wijnaldum has been excellent in his role too.
Nah Lallana is only as good as the players around him, he's no matchwinner. Without them he's bang average. Sturridge has done nothing in a year and is a crock himself. The difference this season is those 3 players imo. You keep them fit and you have a fair crack at top 4.
Unlike the AVB season, they have no potential CL fluke to save their season if they do similar with Conte.
Guess who... --- Here we go with my ratings & review. Thibo - useless and hopeless Ivan - Dummy Cahill - Assist machine for Opposition inherited coveted position from Mikel. Luiz - Tried to learn CB role, didn't make glaring mistakes Azphi - confused in his LB duty as usual - no help from Hazard Kante - ran himself to the ground Matic - Too slow and useless Fab - Invisible Hazard - Disgraceful Willian - InDifferent and uncharacteristic Costa - Tried hard - no support no player around him Alonso - Ok Batshuayi - Showed character and desire Pedro - Ok Conte - Gutless and will be sacked soon. Make JT team manager already

Cheer up Valley, you'll be playing Cardiff again next season, that's at least something for you to look forward to.
So... it turns out Sunderland agreed to buy a loan player for 10m if they stayed up last season. So... they stay up. The trouble was, said player was a long term sicknote and when he did play he was ****... and bearing in mind "****" is standard for Sunderland, this chap must've been extra special ****. So Sunderland reneg on the deal and the court of arbitration rules against them and they have to buy him because the mugs signed off on that clause I hear @commachio1 is seething!
I think I'll nip over to their board, later, and comfort them with a few words in their own tongue. They love me for that.
