Very very poor. Wet, windy, chilly night in Burnley ... Watford just didn't really fancy it. They will have to change an awful lot come the weekend when they play Bournemouth.


'People need to be held accountable'

Watford captain Troy Deeney: "It was not good enough, I cannot say anything other than that, we got bullied to a man all over the pitch. Burnley set up and we couldn’t handle it, they won every first and second ball, they were dogged and I don’t mean that in a negative way.

"It is not the first time we have conceded from a corner, questions need to be asked, people need to be held accountable.

"People need to take responsibility – look at Michael Keane, he just come through and said ‘that is my ball, I’m going to head it’, he wanted more than the other boys involved.

"We played right into their hands, I don’t know what more to say, we got bullied.

"We played so well against Manchester United recently but it never really looked like it was going to happen.

"We have to try to make sure the fans have more Manchester United weekends then Burnley away weekends."

That's exactly what I said at work today, Watford looked as though they just didn't want to be there
 
Spurs are really wasting their chances with too much fancy football attempting to walk the ball into the net.
 
3-1 Norwich, now 3-2, a lively goal scoring affair, like Celtic/Man City - wish we could score a few more goals (and concede less).
 
Despite the way Newcastle bossed us, if this result holds, they are only 4 pts ahead of us - would fancy this one for a 3-3 though.
