Couldn't agree more. £4m we got from Southampton for his services after he scored 18 goals for us in his first PL season. Shocking that we got such a small amount. I know his contract only had a few months to run but a well run club would have had him tied to a new contract to prevent him going cheap

Spot on. If he wasn't prepared to sign an extension, he should have been sold earlier than he was.

A great scorer of goals. Can be relied on to score 15-20 goals a season in the Premiership. Very different player to Shane Long.

Much as I love Austin, I thought he was pretty poor today. He will always get goals though, so why not give him a chance?

I thought he was usually poor for us too, except for doing what really counts. Score like he does the rest of his game matters little, if he can stay fit.
