Have you personally had deep discussions with this "overwhelming majority of individual scientists", or this this some "stat" you've lifted from some random journal? Of all the scientists I personally communicate with on a regular basis, and there are many, only a tiny minority believe that humanity's contribution to the present (and undeniable) trend of global warming is anything more than minuscule ... except locally in the immediate vicinity of areas of high pollution, of course.

Just taking a step back from the scientific arguments which may or not be true regarding causes of climate change. I do have suspicions when a politician and businessman tells us we are all doomed unless we cut carbon emissions and then sets up his own carbon trading company making ridiculous amounts of money and also buys a multi million dollar sea front property just before sea level is going to rise.
It's old footage when NASA used to allow access to their download links. Because of the stuff people were seeing it's now monitored by them and cut off when something strange happens.
The school I was working at last year were watching a live link to the ISS. They showed the outside of the station and after about 30 seconds it cut out and didn't come back on for a few minutes. It ruined the lesson for the kids, but a few eagle eyed kids spotted a flashing light in the top left before it cut out.
They often claim it's because of cameras going out of range. Which is odd, given that we can beam back live pictures from Mars.
They are a government body , their job is to control your knowledge of space just as the Smithsonian Institute is there to control society's knowledge of who we are and where we are from.
