The mandatory survey is there for the bank to assure that the money you're borrowing from them is recoverable in the event that you can't repay your mortgage.

I'd say in this instance the bank may decline to lend the money against this property if their survey has deemed it to be in such a bad state.

If the bank is still prepared to loan the funds in spite of these issues then you must have knocked the vendor down a lot on the offer.
Took him down nearly 20%, with a 20% deposit. I'll wait until the report comes through, and show you what it is says. I'm hazy as **** at the moment, I'm not taking a lot in.

Interesting. Everybody is saying it's North Korea's biggest test yet, and clear signs of big improvements.

Not be long before the Yanks take him out.

Well basically the north twatted the south & the ham shanks in the process.
A bit like the Vietnamese did.

I didn't know this, I thought the UN occupied North Korea at some point, to be honest my knowledge on history with stuff like this is terrible, considering how much these things interest me I have no excuse really.

Well I do, I hate reading books, I can't sit still and my mind wanders off on stupid little paths, on every page, it can take me 2 weeks to read a short book on holiday, usually they just get wet and put in the bin before I even finish them.

The North Koreans were supported by Chinese troops in massive numbers I believe.

I wonder how it'd pan out this time, the press seem to think the Chinese have NK's back, but do the Chinese want to shut down relations with their biggest customer? They couldn't afford to, let's put it that way, they'd ruin themselves for the sake of aiding a pathetic little deluded Choad.

My guess is The US will give S.Korea all the equipment they need (they probably already have) to take NK out.

I think the Chinese would be taking a more active role with their allies to try and keep **** from boiling over. NK are going to do what they want and could quickly escalate. I reckon the Chinese will see their involvement as something to which can implement cold war like stalling. If NK appear to be acting alone in their weapons programe I think the US would hit them sooner or late. China being involved would get the us to stand off a bit. The Chinese economy isn't as stable as it was a few years back and they have made great strides to link up with the western world. NK could blow all that for them so they need to stick close to them. I think China will be putting pressure on NK not to be so confrontational.

As allies to NK they'd have to have their back. Last thing they'd want is anything leading to a war with the west imo. I think they'll be advising NK to cool their boots.

That's my thinking as well mate, it just depends whether the Russians are poking the bear, so to speak.

N.Korea is a funny one, these missiles they're testing is in my opinion to see what sort of protection S.Korea have got. We know they were looking at Israel's Iron Dome as protection from the nutter next door, but I think it'll more likely be the yanks implementing that sort of system into S.Korea.

There's no way nutjob Kim is gonna wither away without at least attempting to cause trouble, whether he'll embarrass himself like a muppet, or get backing from a heavyweight nation, will decide his fate.

The Russians are a worry though, hopefully they feel they've got enough on their hands already and discourage from their end. Don't think either would fold on their alliance obligations though so if the US get involved, which they will, there's a lot risk of this blowing up globally.

Great song and lyrics we should all bear in mind .......... RIP Buster <ok>

Enjoy yourself, it's later than you think
Enjoy yourself, while you're still in the pink
The years go by, as quickly as you wink
Enjoy yourself, enjoy yourself,
It's later than you think
