Has there been any official confirmation yet? A lot of backslapping going on here but where is the etched-in-stone calcified factual official confirmation?

Just seemed strange the way Sky described it; season long loan that will become permanent in January.
Is there a transfer fee or just the loan fee? when does his existing contract expire?
 
So after decent bolstering of the squad all eyes now look for confirmation of the takeover.

I think it's a case that a loan is easier to get over the line with the other details sorted later so they can trigger in Jan.
