I do think he's a good goalie, but I suspect he's also a bit of a diva and wouldn't fit in all that well with our larkers at the mo.

I'd sooner have the Jak in goal then Hart, Jak has passion for the club whereas Hart would think he was slumming it or should be put on a pedestal because he is a 'big name'. He is proof that there aren't many good English keepers about, even some Man City fans think binning him is a good idea.
Really? Jakupovic better than Hart now? Is he balls. Joe Hart is still the best English goalkeeper and he's one of the few keepers in the world you could class as 'world class'.

Imagine Neuer, Courtois or De Gea were suddenly made available, very publicly available too. Big clubs would be queuing up to sign them. Hart is made available weeks ago and no one's come in for him? the only rumours out there are/were Everton and they've just come out and said they arnt in for him.
Im not saying he's a bad keeper, im saying if he was as good as ppl make out, wouldnt teams be all over him?
He perhaps doesn't quite match the elite three you mention, he is however a Manchester Hunter player, and as such he'll be on tremendous wages - the kind of wages that perhaps less than a dozen clubs in the whole of Europe could match. I think that's the hold up to his moving thus far.
Everton aside, are there any teams that need a first choice goalkeeper? I wouldn't be surprised if Barcelona came in for him on loan as a back up to ter Stegen.
Ah yeah, forgot about Cillessen. Well then I'm not sure, but I don't think anybody would sign him just because he's Joe Hart, they'd have to need a goalkeeper or already have a **** one, like Everton do.
