It was on sky sports that there are a few manager who are struggling in this window to get deals completed. I think it will be down to the fact of the increased revenues and agents trying to squeeze every penny out of the deals by making clubs desperate. United have paid the ibras agent something like 40 million this window to get the deals for ibra, pogba and mhikitan completed early . NEXT POST IS PAGE 300.
The next post?

"Well we've got active offers on the table, we're looking at four or five, so next week we should hopefully see some bodies come in."

What a load of chuffing bollocks this thread is.
Just think if we had to pay £1 to make a post than we would have £6,000 to give to a local charity from this one thread.

I fully understand that, but as many fans are saying, especially Arsenal fans at the moment... is that this is football, this is how it is, you cant fight it and say "we arnt paying that" because they'll just go to another club that will pay it.. Money in football is crazy, I mean 170 million (or whatever it is) for being in the prem is ridiculous, so obviously agents and other clubs outside of the prem are automatically going to ask for more money because they know we can afford it... its just something we've got to accept.

At first we were trying hard to get players in before the Leicester game. Then it was were confident of getting players in before the Swansea game, and then this week the club said players will definitely be arriving before the weekend Yet we seem to be as far away as ever from a first team signing

um could we go in for Joe Hart on loan?

surely our start to the season would make us an attractive proposition. Especially when we beat ManU on saturday.

Well if there isn't something in by 8pm, forget it, it's as you were for Saturday, which is a shame really.
