Wow. Some of you guys are defensive im the extreme. It's like telling a teenager you personally think his hair doesn't need so much grease in it.

**** YOU DAD! WtF dO YoU KnOw?!?!?

I reitereate. We don't get into bidding wars. We keep our business private and if it goes public we bail to avoid a price hike. I didn't even say if I agree or disagree with this. Sheesh. Smoke some weed.

Not sure if we bail if things go public, no evidence of this. I don't see anyone being defensive, just backing up things I cant agree with...

Anyway... If his one transfer comes off at the suggested fee, I think that takes out spending to about 46/47m without any others coming in.

Hardly being tight with the cash is it?

For the umpteenth time, perhaps it would be sensible if fans waited until the window was complete before judging whether the club have spent any money or had a good window.

i think some people want us to have reinvested the fees we received and spent additional money already... Still time but only if the right player is available

What have we received, 60m +?? One more signing might just get to that if Boufal comes off as well.

To spend much more ends up with either too many players, or takes us into a realm of players who wouldn't join us (I.e. Too big for us) or we pay 30m for a 15m player.

No, no and no again, FLT.

We should just spend the money really quickly once we've sold a player, just buy someone, even if they aren't our preferred target.

Waiting until late in the window to secure our number one target and break our transfer record? Pffft. No ambition in that.

Should've bought some other random player weeks ago and forgotten all about the fact we could still sort out a deal for Boufal.
