Indeed it is.

I've always fancied a Saturday breakfast in Wetherspoons. Full fry-up and a pint or two. I'm sure it would be a good start to a weekend but I don't have the courage any more.

I still do it occasionally, it's a special treat when I get to go to a Saints game starting at 3. Train to Soton at 9, Wetherspoons at half past ten, few pints through the day then train home sometime after the match :emoticon-0103-cool:
Couple of times a year and my liver and wasteline can both recover.

I remember the World Cup in Japan/South Korea. England played on a Sunday morning UK time and I hate mates over for Bacon Sarnies and Beer... great day that was :) <cheers>

Can't remember ever being at a game sober :emoticon-0102-bigsm When we fly over on a Saturday morning we land at 0745 or something, leave the bags into the hotel and head out for a fry and pints, followed by more pints, followed by lunch and pints.

*makes mental note to take match analysis with a pinch of salt * <laugh>
