He's done Pommel Gold too. Smith takes Silver. Of all Olympic sports I would have said that GB would never get near this sort of level.
Bad form not to congratulate Ma, but he was devastated to lose....however, he made the tactical decision to simplify his routine which was probably wise as he has had his struggles.
Feel bad for Louis Smith. But, it's actually pretty good to see a Brit devastated by silver. Too long we were ok with "Doing our best".
Tbf, Smith blazed the quality trail for Men's GB Gymnastics. And apparently it has been tough for him just to get to Rio. So fair play to the man.
No, the silver medalist congratulates the bronze winner and the gold medalist goes up to hug them both I'm not a Smith fan and he's obviously crying in disappointment rather than joy but you've just won a silver medal, man - smile!!
