You've lost me... Maybe it will make more sense once I've read it haha... well I hope anyway! Will turn laptop on in a minute.
My nipper has suddenly become a 'superhero' nut. He's forcing me to watch most of the films made over the last 10yrs or so. Seeing them (again) does bring home some wrong turns DC have made but at least they realised how awful 'Batman and Robin' was. Ant-Man scored an 'ok' on his scoring system of meh - ok - great. I enjoyed it but did have to put up with his constant pointing out of physics based inconsistencies though, bloody know all 12yr olds!
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-37029170 Trump in trouble again after appearing to suggest that those bearing arms could influence things even if Hilary Clinton is elected. Although not as dangerous or evil as the IS (would never suggest that), there is something similar about the way the gun toters in the US react to any threat to change the 2nd amendment and the way radical Muslims react to even the mildest criticism of their view of Islam. Trump may not have meant what he said, but he isn't talking to rational people.
http://news.sky.com/story/woman-shot-dead-during-police-academy-training-10530352 A woman was killed with a live round during police academy training in Florida. What was live ammo doing anywhere near a training scenario. The man who shot her must be traumatised as well. A failure in procedure by the sound of it....check, check, and check again should be the mantra.
Interesting comparison there Fran - as you say, not as dangerous or evil, but that thought is there to be conjured with, for sure.
He's had his nose broken and is looking to put on some weight to play MLT in a new movie. Commitment!
I think plastic surgery makes people look weird....I'd rather look my age than look like an alien. Especially stupid for him...as he would probably age well as good looking man.
Paging Tom and Jasper - The guys who make the Football Manager series are releasing Motorsport Manager next month.
Ooh, that is interesting. There is a Cycling manager game out as well but unfortunately it appears to be rubbish.
http://news.sky.com/story/wimbledon-player-poisoning-investigated-10531298 Police investigating a claim that a junior GB player was poisoned before her Wimbledon match. Hospital said it was a disease usually caught via rat urine....don't know what makes that suspicious. And would anyone really poison a junior....hardly big money at stake.
On the face of it, it seems like a ridiculous claim to make by her mother. Rats can be anywhere, just because it's not obvious where she contacted it doesn't mean she was deliberately poisoned.
