The Trust will distance themselves from any such activity.

I think without social media we would have a full house and a better protest as how else would you protest without going to the game?? Now its just the easy get out to spout off about something without having to move your arse to do owt.

Ive skipped the last few pages but just noticed a post about a walk out on this page so Dutch must be having his tea?

Anyway, I have an idea. New forum rule:

    No replying to Dutch.

People replying to Dutch is putting people off joining in.

I agree. He's just a **** with an opinion. No place for them on discussion forums or supporter issues. Better just to abuse and misquote these types and avoid it all.<ok>

Just a couple of questions about Satdee:
Will the Alarms be there to see the protest?
    Will they care?

I think both answers to these questions are 'No'...A walk out will hurt players more than those two. Therefore I'll be sat in my seat throughout The best time to protest might be after the game, come win-lose or draw..but its a free country and like a lot of former Allam supporters I now wish to see the back of them just like the next guy..

There seems to be a lot of protest options
I'm not going to know which one to boo first ;)

Personally I shall dress head to toe in red card, leave the pub late so I arrive at 19.04, face away from the pitch until half time, invade the pitch dressed as an It's a Knockout giant, kick every ball in the ground over the stand into the car park and I'm fully expecting to be named manager by the end of half time.

    WHOSE WITH ME ?!

No wonder they said they were bringing twice as much red card as last time.

I was speaking to a friend of mine (yes I do have them) from Leicester who is going on Saturday (lucky git won a tidy sum last year).... he asked that the **** was going on or not as the case may be. I said that there would be protests on Saturday and everything from squash balls, to shoes to tomatoes and coins had been suggested for lobbing onto the pitch... he then said, you should buy red inflatable beach balls, adding, if there were enough of them you might get a lucky deflection and score.... Got me thinking!!!!

That's it. Let's not wear team colours and instead wear just red.

<doh> You posted a nonsensical load of crap, got questioned, and posted another load of nonsensical crap. You were entirely oblivious to the fact your posts were either riddled with typos, missing words, or just flat out didn't make sense. That was the only basis on which I based my question.

It had one word with a typo. <laugh>

You were looking for an argument then, just as you're hoping for one now.

I actually quoted someone else entirely and you engaged with me, not sure how it's me looking for the argument.

It wasn't just one word with a typo, the entire sentence made no sense, which is why OLM asked what you meant.

The one thing any protest should avoid is any encroachment of the pitch, which potentially could endanger those who actually are entitled to be on the pitch
    (players, officials, manager/coaches, physios etc).

NO projectiles of any sort (paper planes, squash balls, coins, oranges (those were the days), beachballs etc etc). Supporters as well of course. There are potential dangers to anyone who's entitled to be on the pitch, and any supporter in front of projectiles of any sort are vulnerable to freak injury.
Any such action will be viewed & reported by the media and will detract from/negate the impact of any protest.

Red cards yes. Mass walk outs (temporary @ e.g. 19: 04 for say 11:20 minutes (reflecting how many years we've been around)). Co-ordinate this temp. walkout with getting as many as possible away fans to sing the "Allams Out" chants/songs etc in a message of solidarity during this temp. walkout.

The TV cameras & commentators will capture all of this & it will be globally visible to all.

Don't **** it up with reckless activities please.

EDIT: If anyone knows any of the City players personally, it may help if they gave them a heads up explaining the objetive of the protest and it is in no way directed at them.

The players already know they're supported and know the fans are solely against the ownership of our club.

Agree though, hope we don't have any idiots going on the pitch. Not even sure the walk-out is a good idea.

The sit-in after the game is gathering momentum.

Nope, you jumped in. Here's the link, with the one typo that I pointed out. :emoticon-0105-wink:

    http://www.not606.com/threads/hcst-protest-plans.333516/page-4#post-9531579 :emoticon-0127-lipss

Your posts are difficult to follow, so you could of course be talking about the more recent post, in which you refer to me and try to rewrite the one linked, so it amounts to the same thing.

No doubt some will still claim it's me that argues. <laugh>

These things work better if people don't try to over think what's posted, or respond to the user name and assumptions.
