I'm so sorry that your day out at the football is going to be ruined by supporters who are very concerned about their football club. You are either taking the piss because for some reason you like the attention your selfish posts give you, or you really are a naive and selfish. Hull City is our club, show some balls and help to get rid of these dictators in charge.
There is no Football League rule that prevents a club from changing its name, the decision was made by a panel, based on the arguments made by both sides. All those involved made it clear that CTWD put their case far better than Hull City and the national media support and support of fans from other clubs (which was again generated by the CTWD campaign) had a major impact on the outcome of the vote.
I think you're right. The protests helped make the decision makers aware of the fans feelings, and that informed their initial decision and the subsequent Rule K appeal, but without the action of the fl, the protests alone wouldn't have achieved much, which is my point about the future ones. In themselves, they help people express a view, but it needs additional work to turn that into an outcome. Edit for clarity, Rule A 3 (l) prevents clubs from changing their playing name without permission.

What will it achieve? Any in stadium protest will identify those that are all too willing to be rubber dicked, time & time again, by the Allam's. If you're not part of it you're part of the problem. Here's the protest plan I've been mentioning from the Facebook groups (I've hid the person's identity as I don't think that's allowed on this forum). That's their reasons for walking out. I personally don't think we should but what do the rest of you think?
It'd only work if it was well supported, and I don't believe it will be. That would be worse than doing nothing. As far as the media are concerned, as you showed by sending that statement to them, they love a pre written story. What it needs is for that to be followed up with interviews and contact from fans. Because it'd known people don't join protests, it would possibly be better to arrange something designed as a show of solidarity for the Allams. An empty parade could shout loud. Maybe a mock one with empty vessels as a crowd.
There was a link to a group based on the walkout from the same person. It has 100 people "going" and 80 more "interested". If there's 14k there, that's going to look shockingly bad.
Vast Majority of supportters want the Allams out. You must of been up Ehabs arse if you didn't see the sea of red at the KC during the protests last season. I think your excitement is not Hull City but seeing all the PL stars that will be coming. Suppose you will be down pitch side or lurking by their coach with your autograph book ****ing moron
So we do have opportunity to make the football world know exactly what we think of these idiots in charge. We have to be altogether with our protests though it will be hard draw in those who are looking forward to watching the front two for Leicester and those who are willing to get on their knees for the Allams.
Personally, lobbing a whole bunch of squash balls on the pitch (horse **** might be more relevant to polo loving Ehab but slightly impractical) and reviving the red cards would be harder to ignore, as anything less than virtually the whole of the East Stand walking out at the same time might just look like we have weak bladders or summat. A good few lusty Allam Out and Steve Bruce chants also go without saying.

Is this the same facebook group who organised the march to the KC a week before we play there? 14,000 followers and about 100 are up for it says everything about the world today. Social media campaigns are easy sitting on your arse at a computer, getting real people to do real things is much harder. A walk out will look daft (is its even noticed) if only a few do it. The red cards are the best on mass protest you will get for now (take two each) if you want to go a bit more radical flags, banners or tee shirts with a single letter on worn by supporters in order to spell out your message will get on the telly. Plenty more big games on the telly coming up soon, if the protests grow and gain popular support a walk out could come then.
Not sure if it's the same group. Somebody posted saying they are only walking out unless the HCST say otherwise and outline different plans alongside the red card protests. It's quite ridiculous they believe the walk-out to be gaining momentum when such a small % are interested.
How do you figure that out? I think you've lost track of who the message is for... it's not for national media etc, although it will be a bonus. The message is for the Allams. A half empty stadium will be crystal clear to them.
