Latest polls put him about 15 points behind Clinton.
 
A lot of both republicans early and democrats right through have been saying the same thing. he is a clinton supporter running to weaken the republicans. since the republican primary he's been full bore looney and has been dropping in polls

He's been a registered democrat for a long time with a long history of attending Clinton social events and backing them. According to a number of sources he's been a friend of the family.

Now suddenly he's this rabid republican who hates Hillary and has all these bizzare ideas that would usually be considered political suicide?


I'm not going to go all Sisu and say he is a plant. However, it does strike me as rather odd and suspicious. Is he legit? Probably never know.

Depends on the poll. I saw one 3% behind earlier today. The polls are kind of meaningless though. Doesn't matter what % you get. All that matters is winning The swing states.

Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan. The other 40+ odd states are foregone conclusions one way or the other.

Those 4 states will decide who wins election. Trump is winning in most of those states.


Gore won over 50% of vote but lost because of outdated electoral college system.

Although in seriousness I did read a piece that said a lot of the systems used by the states are very susceptible to hacking...either to switch selection on votes or to not register votes at all.

But is he convincing the GOP ground machinery...the guys that get people out to vote? He seems good at filling halls with crazies but are they he dedicated type that go door to door man the phones etc right up to election day?

It's really impossible to tell. His supporters are nuts and probably more likely to vote.
 
all the polls now put clinton ahead. the closets is rueters at +4%

florida over all polls puts clinton ahead in that state, some put trump ahead. they wildly swing in state depending on who's asked.

He could also take Hillary votes. Lots of democrats hate Hillary just like many Republicans hate Trump.

Also many Republicans that hate Trump have already backed Hillary. Then there is Johnson. Johnson has been getting potential votes from usual republicans.

People who hate Trump already have alternatives.

He probably will get less than 1% of vote though. He's a nobody with no money that no one has heard of.

He'll be on the news today and then forgotten about.

The isue i am seeing is those who did not get sanders... who believed a little bird landed and that means he is st Francis of Assisi.. well that lot hate hillary more than anyone o nthe planet and they don't even care baout trump they are so vitriolic.

The left (or should i say left or far right in the US are very vocal socially and far less tolerant as we know.. and they are after hillary clinton.
