Having just plowed my way through the past 4 pages on this thread, I must say I found the experience very amusing. OCF, one of the older posters on here, is campaigning for the young players to be given a chance. KIO puts all of the blame on Delia to shock us all with his sudden insight. Canario sees that all is lost because we've kept on Martin, Whittaker and Turner and others follow suit saying our greatest need is a 6th CB option. Great stuff!
It now seems likely that we'll sign Pritchard from Spurs, which FML has been campaigning for long and hard and I'd agree that he'd be a great addition. N'Doye on loan also seems to be a logical move, as that would leave room for another striker coming in as well. It strikes me that the club has responded well to the disappointment of losing McCormack and moved on quickly. As for the young players, I still feel they will get their chance, but as some have said, they must earn that through sub appearances initially and then competing from there. There's much to feel positive about, IMO, in spite of another aging player failing to join us. Time will tell.
