Debating on purchasing a season ticket or not. Or just go for the membership for the time being
Get one membership for yourself & another for your other half. That's what I've done - her membership will probably be split between mostly her, sometimes my brother, and occasionally my mum & various mates who always ask for tickets; building up all those extra tickets on a single number is useful! I think this is technically against the T&Cs, but it's no different to the many who share season tickets etc.
 
Does anyone know if I buy the new home shirt in the megastore, do I still get the free DVD? Or is that exclusively for pre-orders?

As a research scientist in a previous life, I found this interesting....a member of our sports science department has had an article published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Well done to her.

Brilliant - great that the club encourages things like this and especially well done to the lady in question.

Saints Sports Science department have, since season 2009-10, been in the forefront of maintaining players fitness and loading. I remember Mo Gimpel talking to Roger Bennett, for the NBC The Southampton Way documentary. Mo explained about player loading, maintenance of fitness, and how reducing loading could raise performance, or sometimes raising loading improved performance. Player loading is all about levels of training/playing intensity and duration, I believe.

I have found that increasing loading has drastically reduced my player performance :(
