nope. I'm right...
Only you're not (as per ;) )

Steve Walsh, the club’s joint assistant manager and head of recruitment, was busy chasing another target that was far from straightforward but would turn into one of the best Premier League signings of the summer.
N’Golo Kanté was the player’s name, and Ranieri – as he would later admit – did not know much about him. Ranieri was far from alone in that respect – plenty of other Premier League managers have since questioned how he slipped under their radar – but Walsh and his recruitment team had done their homework. David Mills, Leicester’s senior scouting coordinator, had been to see Kanté play for Caen, and clips and statistics were put together to highlight the midfielder’s talent.
Ranieri, however, still needed convincing about the player’s physique. A few months down the line, on the back of some superb performances from the Frenchman, Ranieri recalled how Walsh would constantly badger him during pre-season, saying: “Kanté, Kanté, Kanté!” In the end Ranieri was won over, Leicester handed over £5.6m and the rest is history.

Just accept the fact that you've been proved wrong by me again mate, you should be used to it by now ;)

Each morning at Leicester City’s Belvoir Drive training ground last summer, Steve Walsh would perform what became a ritual.
When trying to persuade manager Claudio Ranieri to sign Caen midfielder N’Golo Kante, the head of recruitment was politely persistent.
As they passed in the corridor, Walsh would whisper in the Italian’s ear: “Kante, Kante.”
Eventually, Ranieri agreed and in early August, Leicester had agreed a £5.6m deal for the 24-year-old.
Fast-forward nine months and it proved to be an absolute steal as Kante anchored City’s midfield in their remarkable Premier League title triumph.
But that Kante was one of several key signings in the Foxes’ team, who were identified at knock-down prices by Walsh, is the reason why he became a man in demand.

Use his knowledge and experience to source players as his prime objective I'd have thought. We already have a highly respected scouting network and the facilities are already in the process of being extended at Finch Farm.

He was responsible for finding the likes of Vardy, Kante et al for Leicester.

Ferguson described him as ''The most influential person in the Premier League' last season. Some accolade.

Not worried we've not made a load of signings yet, especially given Walsh has only arrived today and obviously has a hugely important role in recruitment.

I'd expect us to be bringing in 4 or 5 in the next week or so.

As for Koeman, he's played a number of different formations and has proved he's not scared of altering his set up to best counter the opposition. He's pragmatic by nature, but I liked watching Soton and didn't find them dull.

We've not played a proper game yet, first one is Saturday at Barnsley, but most of the internationals who played in the Euro's are unlikely to feature.

We've been linked with DM's, so it's a fair shout that he's isolated that area as one he wants to strengthen - we've been linked with Carvalho and Witsel

My mate's meeting with the cow man was put back to today <ok>

Can't be doing that I shall simply skillfully deflect onto the fact that this guy and koeman are going to clash constantly and its all going to end in tears <ok>

You sure it was "Kante" he was whispering in Ranieri's ear?
