Not sure why everyone is touting Hoddle. Hasn't managed for years and when he last did he achieved nowt. Whoever it is should insist they add into this England DNA booklet that's been touted about that any player selected for U18's, U21's actually plays in the tournaments to learn the mentality of what it's all about like the Germans do. Yes i agree but the Premier League clubs dont have even an ounce of empathy towards the English nation tteam so theyll discourage young players. Theres also another raft of overseas players about to arrive. I can envisage the % of english players going down. These young players also thinl theyve made it before they even get started. I see no change im affraid.
