Just thought i would let everybody know, the people who are ringing you are not from Hull City, the work has been outsourced to ResQ call centre in the city centre, so there is no point telling the poor sod on the other end of the phone why your not renewing and blaming them as they have just been dragged from another campaign (npower, sky, etc) to make these calls.

I thought that was common knowledge.

Not that it matters, anyone who was abusing the poor kid on the phone for the daft things the owners of Hull City do was a dick anyway.

so was it ResQ who were dealing with the renewals then?

City just rang asking why I've not renewed and guaranteed my 3 kids passes in family stand will be same price as last year if I renew !!

Can't think why I've not had a call. I receive e mail from the club about having my functions and all that at the Circle.

They don't like me :emoticon-0106-cryin

Just had the call. Not sure when I last had a season ticket but was asked if I was in a position to renew my membership. I simply said not under the current ownership to which the reply was "ahh is that what's stopping you" . I asked him to call again as soon as he had some news on the change of ownership as nothing would give me greater pleasure than watching city.

They must be struggling or at the very least working very hard to reach a sales target

I got a call from them today, but my phone is playing up so couldn't hear them.
Out of interest, just logged in and looked at what "Green" seats are still showing as available.
N3 and N4 around 80% empty, West upper sparsely populated, edges of east stand about half full.
If I had to guestimate on schemes sold I would say around 10,000/11,000.

It's not that bad.

If nothing give you greater pleasure than watching City then you must be cutting off your nose to spite your face!

We've had two season passes for years but not renewing because of membership scheme, not had a phone call yet.

Is that true, or a wind up?
If true, I expect others who took out memberships at the advertised prices will now be even more pissed off? Yet more divisiveness added to the already too full pot.
Hopefully it's a wind up.
