Whilst on the subject of kits, why does our England kit have blue on it?
The English flag is red & white, with no blue.
We should surely only have red & white. The present English shirt is dreadful and almost all blue.
Yeah one of the best onesThe 1982 England one, think a lot of people are nostalgic for that one
True.By that logic:
Why does the Germany kit have white on it?
Why does the Spain kit have blue on it?
Why is the Italy kit blue?
Why does Northern Ireland's kit have green and blue on it?
Why is the Netherlands kit orange?
etc.
What i'm trying to say is, who cares? Anyways, usually, the kit colours correspond to the colours on that particular countries' FA badge.

With black shorts and it s thumbs up from me.Southampton had this a few years ago (by Umbro too), a variation of it would be well nice.

I know, I was just giving examples to the person I quoted of nations who don't play in the colours of their flag, as he asked why England play with blue on the kit.
Read properly next time.
