Assassination is a term used to define the targeted murder of a public or political figure, so I guess the term is probably correct.

We're not used to using the word over here because the act itself is so rare in the UK.

Yeah, well the rumours suggest he's a psychotic Brexiter who shouted 'Britain First' at her, before killing her, so that would probably confirm it as an assassination by definition, but until it's confirmed it's just a murder... that's my view anyhow... IMHOOC

Nowt like a bit of pedantic-ness to kick off a Friday Comm.

If it contains a Muslim, it's terrorism, if it's any other faith - naughty boy.

It's just never been a part of the British psyche or tradition I guess, to go bumping off those in power.

Unless you're a king of course, in which case just keep your head on your shoulders.

I meant me and my response, prompted by Comm's question... that's why I wrote 'Comm' after it. Sorry, I can see how you got confused, for the benefit of those who are not me, I will make two separate posts next time.

Never laughed at it once, it's like comedy for dorks, like that Spaceballs film, I hate that film, Rick Moranus is a **** and so is Star Wars.
