http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/arti...top-25-photos-southampton-season-3139796.aspx 25 Photos selected as the best from last season...strangely, none of the Lying Dutchman. Try and guess which is my favourite. Ps. Have no idea why it doesn't appear correctly in this forum as I could see the photos. Seems to be a recent problem.
See, if the Lying Dutchman was staying, I'm sure the iconic shot of him running down the touchline would be in there ...
Sadly, I can't see any of the shots. I'm a fully paid up member and the only place I can see videos and gallery pics is on my phone. If I could be bothered I'd find out about it. It's probably something to do with all the ad-blocking and anti-tracking software I have going on the PC.
I've realised now that they only reason he was hobbling down the touchline like a fat rhino on heat, was because someone in that corner of the Itchen shouted, "That's the money shot" as we scored. The greedy bastard thought he was on for another pay out!

Big season for Jay coming up. When he featured in a few games towards the end of last season he clearly wasn't at the races. He's fully recovered from his knee and foot injuries, so aside from a little match fitness, the only thing wrong must be in his head. Hopefully, that will be sorted out come August.
Fell between two squads. Not involved in the League One to PL climb, but not really in this season's team either. He was amongst the onlookers.
Don't think that would have stopped them playing him....just not worth risking him for a testimonial.
Well Hello.! Yes, I know what you mean. Which is why I wrote about it being a big season coming up for Jay. If we accept that he's in good physical condition, then either something is wrong in his head [it's not upto match speed or he lacks confidence], or... there is something physically wrong with him still. I think it's in his head.
Great opportunity for all the younger members of the squad with a new manager coming in. If I remember correctly, our pre-season tour of the US will not feature any players in the Euros, so they're all going to get a bit of time to impress the new man(or woman)
