The coercion of the Norwegians to extending the 'Aryan race' was hardly ethical was it? Or do you think it was? Granted my use of the word 'rape' was too strong. I happily withdraw that. Again, there was no attempt at all to make any equivalence, my point was that it wasn't just the Soviets though they were bad enough. The thread was/is about Eurovision and there was a loose connection. Calm yourself down Castro and stop trying to find a left wing conspiracy in anything anyone says... Enjoy the game today!

Some shockers so far. Johnny Depp for Poland gets my vote for appearance of the night so far.

I enjoyed the Dutch entry so far with the French song being catchy. The Oz song just done was awful. imo.
 
Now we have a rocking "Right Said Fred" lookalike blasting away. Not bad for Cyprus actually. Quite like it. Cyprus has Hardly been a musical powerhouse in the past mind.

Sweden with their Bieber effort and France and Italy have been best so far. Been some rather attractive ladies on.

No issues with the ladies. Just the noise coming out of the mouths is the problem. . The girl from Italy was my fav but the song not so imo.

Pretty boy from Lithuania who has just finished was the worst for me so far. The Croatia entry now on is awful.
