IMHO RK won't stay here beyond the end of his current contract , I do think he will honour his existing contract in full , he just seems that kind of bloke .

A couple of points about betting odds;

1) betfair is not a bookmaker, it's an exchange. The market frames the odds, not the bookies opinions.
2) betting markets are a pretty efficient method of predicting the likelihood of outcomes.
3) Koeman is 6 (5/1) for the Everton job on betfair currently
4) He's not going to Everton

You know how players sign long contracts so that they can't lose .. Get good and Liverpool will pay £100m for you, become crap and Saints can't get rid. Do managers do the same? Poch has just signed for Spurs until somewhere past the start of the next millennium. Is this just in case Man Utd don't want him? In which case, Ron signing a new contract may not be everything we hope for. The real problem is that everyone is too nice. Now in Nicola's day Ron would be finding a horse's head in his bed unless he signed. Bless him. Do miss The Don.

Yep the only time you should take bookies as knowing something is when the odds are crazy (1/5 etc).

Ronald is an honorable man - he'll be here next season. He's also a better football manager than Pochettino. I believe we will not sell anyone this summer and will recruit 2 maybe 3 new players. I think we will need top 4 to keep him beyond his contract - but that's really down to him and how good he really is! I really don't see the appeal of any other club.

I agree that he will always honour a contract. Whether he is better the Pochettino is a tough one to call however. I'd lean towards saying Poch was the better manager, although both are unproven to be world class.
