I don't know if it's just me pronouncing it wrong, but it sounds like this is about to become a sticky. Do you have a varied selection, or is it all from one source?
Ok I think landlines are becoming less used, but obviously you do what's best for you I just wish I could get rid and stop paying for it
we have a landline and its never connected , well , its connected but its never on charge , i cant remember the last time i used it .... possibly 2 or 3 yrs ago
At this juncture it may be worth pointing out that I'm sat in the garden with a large scotch Feel free to ignore any inane babbling ( from me...feel freeto get annoyed by everyone else's)
I'd bloody love that right now...a scotch egg the size of a space hopper ( unless that's a really small child in which case it's weird!)
Most people have a landline, that is how they get their broadband. Whether they use the phone is up to them.Relying on a mobile only is risky if you are need of emergency services.
True enough I have one to call out on, I just don't receive calls on it However I think that if we didn't all live in the KCom monopoly less of us would have a landline at all, because you don't need one with most providers
When I get nuisance calls I just say that I will go get who ever they are asking for and put the phone down in front of the TV or radio and see how long they will wait for I have great pleasure in this when I'm listening to Burnsy and Swanny
We used to have an old woman for our party line. She was never off the bloody phone it was a nightmare.
