I think your argument might hold more water if you announced what exact service you provided.
It's a 'Special' service, I don't think disclosing it on a message board is appropriate

I'd still rather do it myself.
and it ended as soon as information was asked about what service was provided.I dont understand how this thread has gone from questioning the contradictory stance of financially supporting our owners to carry on with their ridiculous approach whilst shouting from the rooftops that you oppose everything they do, but I'm out.

Because in doing so you are not persuading others of your position and why you are right, you are calling into question everyone elses moral stance on what actions they are personally taking.I dont understand how this thread has gone from questioning the contradictory stance of financially supporting our owners to carry on with their ridiculous approach whilst shouting from the rooftops that you oppose everything they do,

Question Time is coming to Hull soon
Why doesn't somebody go and ask a question about the membership scheme?
It's this evening Peter. I suggested that opportunity in an earlier post, but couldn't find a way to get a "proxy" question submitted.Question Time is coming to Hull soon

Yes I did, more fool me.Yes I did, in £500 worth of services provided each match.
Do you pay £500 a match?

It would be an excellent forum as the issue may well be locally topical, yet is i.m.o a social issue which may in the future impact many more supporters around the country if other clubs introduce such a scheme with a severe lack of dialogue with interested parties (supporters).
Did you declare it on your income tax return ?Bollocks. So if someone provides a service in exchange for something else, is the price of that exchange not determined by the value of that service?
My services would have cost £500 pound per match.
In return for providing said services, the club were delighted to give me a match ticket in exchange.
Therefore I gave £500 worth of services every home game in order to watch a match. FACT.
I don't really care what services bum_chinned_crab provided to Hull City. As a result of the name change he took a principled stand and refused to exchange his labour for a ticket. I think he should be applauded for what he did not hounded for it.
I have some sympathy with the position he's putting but I disagree for the reasons I've given earlier.
Think you missed the point of the hounding.
Besides which, there are no local MPs or "personalities" on the panel tonight. Andy Burnham is on, which means any football related questions are not going to be about City are they, given recent events. The attendees and questions are vetted a fair way ahead of the programme and I doubt they'd address something this local.
This also protects you with future bubble wrap games. I used my presence in Huddersfield's database to just go in the home end 3 years ago.
Eh?I think bummers should have carried on doing it and donated the funds to the Trust each time. 9 n half grand a year is bloody good money for a marketer
