Stewards get to see the match, they also get paid.

You gave up a free view from hospitality. I bet that sent the Allam Empire into meltdown. But hey, keep taking cheap shots at others' choices.

Question Time is coming to Hull soon
Why doesn't somebody go and ask a question about the membership scheme?

if they werent bothered why did they repeatedly ask me to reconsider?

I think if everyone suddenly took £9500pa out of the club they'd notice.

Yes I did, in £500 worth of services provided each match.

Do you pay £500 a match?

Bollocks. So if someone provides a service in exchange for something else, is the price of that exchange not determined by the value of that service?

My services would have cost £500 pound per match.
In return for providing said services, the club were delighted to give me a match ticket in exchange.
Therefore I gave £500 worth of services every home game in order to watch a match. FACT.

Every City game I pick up one piece of litter inside the ground and put it in the bin. I charge £1000.00 per game for this cleaning job but i do it for free.

You know what, **** it! Allam can get his own cleaner to dispose of one piece of litter per game.

Haha - I'm costing the club thousands per season now, thousands I tell you.

I don't give a flying **** at a rolling doughnut what you charged Allam for your personal 'services' - he paid nowt and neither did you.

Stewards should not be watching the match. They should be observing the crowd and making sure there are no problems. Of course at many places some stewards celebrate when the team scores. Ours run about like headless chickens as though scoring a goal, the objective of the team and what we all want to see, is a frightening event which could lead to mass disorder and the end of civilisation as we know it.

I think your argument might hold more water if you announced what exact service you provided.

You didn't, your fees were a 90 minute sit down in a comfy seat, in the warm & away from the riff raff.

You chose to help out for free. There is no value to those services.

If you'd carried on & instead of taking up your 90 minute sit down in a comfy seat, in the warm & away from the riff rag you had subsequently invoiced them for whatever you fancied, then you would have been taking money out of the club. You may have put one invoice in, but I doubt they'd have asked you back. They'd manage without you, but if it's free...

I don't need help wiping my arse, just yet, but if somebody offered to come round & do it for free with the only condition being that they get to sit in a comfy chair, in the warm & away from the riff raff during the bomb dropping ceremony then I'd have them round, for as long as it stayed free.

The point I'm making is I think you're wrong taking cheap shots at other people's choices.

Without wanting to appear like I'm kissing OLM's arse, all TigerRoo like, I think you're very wrong questioning his choices considering the time & effort he has put in over the last few years fighting issues such as the name change & now the idiotic membership scheme. He could easily have sat quietly with many others in the posh parts & carried on as if nowt was occurring, instead he's stuck his head above the parapet & got involved from the front.

If he & others choose to continue or join their specific membership schemes then that is their choice to make & not one I, or others, should be critical of.

What is important is showing unity, as a fan base, in our belief that the scheme is wrong on so many levels & supporting, together, as many protests that we may need until the scheme, in it's current form, is scrapped.

Standing together, we will be heard.

There's no point having a contract unless there is consideration so whether you have one or not there is no effective contract.

I dont understand how this thread has gone from questioning the contradictory stance of financially supporting our owners to carry on with their ridiculous approach whilst shouting from the rooftops that you oppose everything they do, but I'm out.
